U14 Girls North West Cup Winners

The clean up operation is complete after another epic Halton Farnworth Hornets club festival with around 600 in attendance to witness a great game of rugby between Halton Farnworth Hornets Girls Section & Warrington Wolves in the U14’s North West Cup Final.

It was end to end with Warrington scoring with 4 minutes left to take the lead. However with minutes on the clock it was the Grand daughter of John Foran, Isabelle Gill a Challenge Cup winner with Widnes who scored in the corner to take the win.

Player of the match went to Lily Sheron who was outstanding throughout.

On behalf of the club I would like to thank David Raybould and Pat Crawshaw for travelling over from Yorkshire to witness the game and hand out some of the awards along with Faye Gaskin,St Helens & England and Izzy from Ashton Bears who were last years winners.

Now to focus on the War of the Roses, followed by another Epic event at our home on the 23rd July. When we host an all Girls 9’s festival!
If anyone would like to attend please drop us a message on 07920087936
