Carol Smith Mortgage Services was set up to give you personal and professional advice on mortgages and to guide you through all aspects involved in this. At Carol Smith Mortgages we have a wealth of experience with over 15 years of experience in the mortgage market.

I started my career as a mortgage broker for a brokerage, before moving on to a corporate estate agent for 10 years. This has given me invaluable experience in how they work. I have years of knowledge of how lenders will look at you as a client and how to work to make the process as straight forward and stress free as possible.

We have seen most situations and understand that people don’t all fit into the pigeon holes the lenders dictate. We can give you the support and guidance to place you with a lender that understands this so any offers are the most appropriate for your situation.

Natalie is a new broker but has over 10 years of mortgage admin experience and brings a great level of understanding to the mortgage market whilst giving fantastic advice.

Based in Runcorn, Cheshire, we can cover all surrounding areas on a face-to-face basis and further afield via zoom. This means we can help you out, no matter where you live or want to buy. We will liaise with estate agents, solicitors and valuers to help you towards your deadlines.

As well as securing your mortgage, we can also arrange necessary protection to ensure you not only get the home of your dreams, but also keep it should the unexpected ever happen.
